We know it's been a while since we have updated you with all the news but it has been so busy over the summer holidays seeing all you lovely customers!!
This week we will have a new March timetable which is just loaded with some fantastic classes....Rene has done some outstanding classes you will just love them!! So pop in to see the samples.
Finally we have some more new Kaiser in store too!! The Devonshire range and La Di Da you will just love and we have also got the Magazine in too but they are going quickly. Stay tuned as there is heaps and heaps of new stock arriving in the next couple of weeks, the draught is over finally some new CHA stuff is coming our way!!
Friday Scrap Day is a huge hit at the moment so make sure you book your spot and have a great day catching up with the girls and you might even finish a project while you are there!!

The Scrappy Cow is open 7 days a week. We will be closed Christmas and Boxing Day but we will be trading as normal for all the other days.
Massive range of School Holiday Kids Classes and Adults classes will be running aswell.

Sunday 10.00-3.00

Hi There everyone!!

Well back home and back into!!! We have had over "90" new papers in the shop this week with heaps more to come!! You will love it!! This week we have also just had our first shipment of Prima arrive with another on its way in the next couple of days...You will need to be quick as this stock won't last long!

Hi there all,

Just wanting to say a big "Hello" from sunny Darwin...I hear there has been plenty of rain down home so I hope you are all scrapping in that weather!! I have had to sit on our balcony or in the air conditioning!! Yes I can hear the moans..... I will be back in the freezing cold on Tue...yay!! Anyway just thought I would share a little of my scrapping that I have done while I have been away!! Hi There everyone,

Well we are nearly at the end of another school holidays and we just want to thank all the fantastic children that came to our classes this July. Class were packed and the atmosphere was just brilliant in the shop so we look forward to seeing you in the term when we start our fortnightly Sat kids classes.

This week we have had the Making Memories Just Chillin Range arrive..... it is just flying off the shelves. It is a great range for teenagers and especially boys....if you love guitars you will really dig this paper range. We have had heaps and heaps more ribbons arrive again too!! If you liked the fibre one's we have had in stock you will really like the coloured assortment now in store. Finally we have the EK trimmers back in stock as well as more Cuttlebug Embossing folders and dies that we used in the Christmas card making class this month. Kaiser Offshore Range

Sample Birthday card made with the left overs!!

Wow I have finally been able to do some scrapping at home!! Yay! While looking after my hubby who is recovering from his op and having a little school holiday time I got to scrap!! I stole some photos off my sister-in law as I am limited with boys photos and this is what I came up with....hope you like them, I have used papers from the latest Kaiser range Offshore.

What a fantastic week we have had in the little shop!! We had our launch night on Tuesday which was a huge hit! An added bonus was that all the brand NEW KAISER ranges arrived in time for us all to drool over. We have a shop that is chock a block full of fantastic new products...so so so many that you probley wont see it all at once. Back from Brisbane!!

Hi Everyone,

Just letting you know that we are back from Brisbane and fully inspired for the months ahead!! We have so much to share with you we can hardly wait. While we were away we got to meet the fantastic Zoe Pearn who designs for My Minds Eye and created the papers of the very popular Bloom and Grow range. We look forward to keeping in contact with Zoe and seeing her new release of Ohh La La which comes out in July's CHA. The Scrappy Cow has heaps and heaps of new products arriving this week and we can hardly wait to share them with you. Just a reminder that class is back on this Tuesday night from 6.30-9.30pm. We also have Christmas in July on the 4th July followed by Supa Sunday Scrap day on the 5th July.

Well the weather is just right for scrapbooking at the moment...don't forget to pop in and grab your supplies. Our June Challenge pack is now available!! This time we have a really big challenge for you!!

This challenge pack cost is $10 and must be in by 25th June and winner will be announced in the July Newsletter. German Scrap Arrived in store today!!
Hi everyone,

We would just like to thank you all so much for the great turn out last night at our Collections Launch night. What a blast we had and we can't wait to see some of your own creations that you make from the great products that you purchased. As we promised the German Scrap paper products have arrived in today and we have also placed our 4th reorder of the Collections and that should be in store by Monday... Fantastic Classes!!

Rhonda's Amazing Class!!

Desk top organizer!! Now on display at the shop.

We have been so lucky to have our very own talentented Rhonda Kitson teaching us some amazing classes over the past 6 months....We now have another brilliant class that Rhonda has created and not to be missed.

Class is on Saturday 16th May from 10-4pm this is a great day project and you will need to byo lunch. There are only very limited places for this class and you will need to be at an intermediate stage of paper crafting.....this one is a real challenge. Cost is $50 and spots are going quickly.

In this class you will make 4 6x4 cards, 3 3x3 cards, 4 gift tags, mini note book, pen and stamp holder which all folds into a gorgeous gift box!! It's awesome so make sure you don't miss your spot in this class. Tool requirements will follow once your class is booked.

Other arrivals in this week include all the new 3 ranges of Kaiser craft papers, top ups of Dew drop ink pads, finally some 12x12 scrapbook frames ideal for mother's day presents and yes we have already had to do a top up order of the new Collections products as we have sold out of some lines already!! Next week we have more 12x12 albums coming in, dimensional magic, plain chipboards sheets and top ups of Kindy glitz.

Super Sunday Scrapday!! Don't miss the next one!!

Wow what a day we had last Sunday!! It was so much fun we nearly took the roof off the shop with laughter!! We had so much fun we have decided to to it once a month to start with then if we get booked out we will run it twice a month. Super Sunday Scrap Day.... is it's official name and the next one is on Sunday 3rd May from 10 til 4pm. Cost is $10 for your seat and it is redeemable on the day. Book early to be sure you get your spot as it's filling quickly. A special thank you must go to the ladies who travelled from the various areas to come to this class...can't wait to do it again.

Now for a quick shop update our classes are filling quickly this month so make sure you check out our latest timetable.

Latest arrivals this week include some gorgeous New ribbons and some popular ones back in stock we have lots of textured ones for those chasing something a little different, we have also a heap of felt arrive which is great for those school holiday projects, our second shipment of Bazzill Swiss Dot has arrived and in a week we have already sold out of some of the colours!! It's just beautiful to work with. The other little beauty to arrive are the Bazzill stitch templates!! We are just in love with these and we will be re ordering them very very soon.... they are a must have, I wasn't much into stitching but together with the Karen Fosters Scrappers floss they are a have to have tool. Next week we have heaps more arriving and you will also see the 3 new Kaiser papers and there new off the page books!!

Hi there all, now we have recovered from a week in hospital and a massive scrap retreat we thought it would be about time to update the blog with our latest arrivals!!

We have so many things going on in the next two months we are just bursting with excitement!! So make sure you keep checking the blog to find out what is going on........!! We can't wait to share it with you all.

So in stock this week we have finally got our hands on the Bazzill Swiss Dot paper, it is beautiful. Even thought it may not look much on the blog in real life it is amazing.....It is walking out the door so fast we have already done a re-order on it.

Just want to say a bit thankyou to all those who attended our first Cuttle it class!! What a fantastic response we had. With the new open plan in the shop we have heaps more room to fit around our classroom. We are going to be doing this class in 2 parts as we has so much more to show you!! We love it! Today we had the arrival of all the Making Memories Paperie range arrive, these are so beautiful and will go perfect for all the vintage and heritage work that you may be doing. Some of the paper you just have to feel to believe!! They are flocked and my favourite is the chocolate range. We have been waiting and waiting for new stock to arrive that's why we haven't uploaded any more updates so we are have finally received some we think from the slow boat from China!!
This weeks arrivals are Little Yellow Bicycle Christmas Ranges, top ups of more Kaiser Christmas stamps and products 2009 Calendars plus we have all the new papers arriving early next week. We R Memory Keepers Hoopla and Nonsense ranges. All My Memories Tote Bags and much more. What a weekend!!

Hi There everyone,
Lisa and I spent the weekend at the sister shop's "Scrapboxx" retreat in Margaret River....wow what a ball we had....lots of laughs with very little sleep.....that's why the blog didn't get updated till today!!
So as for "shop news" we have had some beautiful stock arrive last week!! We have the American Craft's foil thickers arrive, the Romance range of papers and embellishments. If you like rub-ons we have just go in a massive range of new quotes from the Scrapbook King........they are walking out the door. We have also had Mod Podge and all our other general adhesives ect. in stock too. The Scrappy Cow now also is stocking a small range of haberdashery, cottons, needles, elastic ect.

Well we had a full house this Sunday for Jen O'Hara class at The Scrappy Cow this weekend. Cardmaking 1,2 & 3 - Each class we make a variety of cards using different techniques.
Travel Book – We will create a great book from scratch that you can put all your holiday snaps in.
Beach Fun – This is ideal for the up and coming summer months, we will create an album perfect for those beach snaps.
Card Keeper – Love keeping all your birthday cards well this is one way they won't get lost.
Things to Do – This little project is awesome you won't forget what you need to do over the holidays.
Scrapbooking Multi photos – This is great for pages that you have heaps of photos of and want to put them on one page. You will require 6-8 photos that will be able to be cut down.
Scrapbooking Birthday fun – We all have heaps of birthday snaps so we will teach you a decorative way to put them onto your pages. You will require 2-5 birthday photos.

Class cost is $22 ea and payment is required on booking. Children must be 7 or accompanied by an adult. 48 hours notice is required for cancellation unless forfeit booking fee. All projects are originals from The Scrappy Cow and each holidays they new not repeated classes. Bookings are essential as spots go quickly Maximum 10 per class.

Staff Challenge and Shopper Competition!!

Sound interesting?? Well it is!!!.....The last staff meeting we had a The Scrappy Cow there was a suggestion that we have some name badges!! So the challenge to the staff is to make there own name badge which has to have there name and a photo of themself too. This name badge has to represent the person they are and maybe the style they like!!!

We will post pictures of the badges on the blog and you the customer will get a chance to vote on your favourite badge......now we only have a couple of weeks to do this in, as the winner will recieve a free class with Design team member Jen O'Hara and the staff member you choose will also get to do the class with you....So what you need to do is either come into the shop and view the badges and put your vote into the box....or you can't vote throught the comment section on the blog just put your name and contact details so we can find you. Now for the staff it's up to you to rally up your fans and get the most votes in!!!

Hi, I’m Jen,
I started Scrapbooking about 3 years ago and it’s the only craft that I’ve tried that I actually have kept up! I think its because I just love photos and being able to make something pretty to keep forever. I don’t really have a style except that ill try anything, I love to experiment with new techniques and especially paint and generally making a mess!
Currently I’m 21 and I have one stepson (who is in most of my layouts) I currently work in a bank so scrapbooking is my creative outlet! I love a challenge and am excited to be on Kareena"s design team.

Hello there everyone hope that you have had a great month, we are trying a few different newsletter styles at the moment so we would love to have your feed back as to what you think?? With loads of stock arriving and departing of late it is really hard for us to keep up with what has been going on. We had a ball in Brisbane and there is plenty of new stock for you to check out in the shop.

Arrivals
This week include finally some Cuttlebug embossing plates and we have more on order to arrive mid July!!! New Kaiser papers this company is amazing with the continued fantastic ranges of paper craft products, 3L tape runners , Pritt power gel this is a fantastic adhesive, Zig 2 way adhesive and we are also stocking the complete range of Kindy Glitz, more Lulu’s 12 x 12 frames are now in stock too.

Card Making Class - Butterfly Bliss
July’s Feature teacher is Rhonda Kitson. Rhonda has been Card making for a number of years now and is also a Stampin Up rep. Rhonda will be using some of the Stamp-it range of new butterfly stamps to create some amazing cards. Join us in making 2 cards with her. Cost $18 basic tool kit is required. Beginners – suited.
Saturday 5 July 1-3 pm bookings are essential and receive 10% off all stamps after this class.

Techniques Classes
Due to popular demand we are going to be running 3 different techniques classes. These will be ideal for all types of scrappers that are looking for different ideas to put on to your pages.
Step 1 -You will do a page with the following Tearing, Chalking, Sanding, Eyelet setting.
Step 2- You will do a page with the following Stamping, Inking, Layering, Stitching, Rub-ons.
Step 3- You will do a page with the following Texture paste, Heat Embossing, Crackle paint and 3D tiling.
Classes are $25 ea book all 3 and pay just $70. All materials supplied except photos

Scrap teens will start after the school holiday… for those who have already started their book a new one will begin this term. First class is Thursday 7 August at 3.30 pm…they will continue every Thurs from then on.

Tuesday Scrap Nights
Every fortnight on a Tuesday from 6.30-9.30 we scrap so you can either BYO project or do one of the classes we have on offer. Cost is $5.00 per person which includes your tea, coffee or hot chocolate.

Children’s Parties
This is a fantastic way to celebrate your child’s special day without any of the fuss. They will create their own very special page to share with their friends. The package includes all your products and a special present for the birthday person. From $22 per child conditions apply. Bookings are essential after School is also available.

Scrap Time
Anytime there is not a class you are welcome to use the class room for your own use, using tools, paint’s and die cuts for $5.00 per person.
Please bring your basic tool kit for all classes and adhesives.

Still lacking lots of sleep.... I am trying to keep up with what has been going on since returning from a very successful trip to Brisbane. With lots of the new stock walking off the shelves already!! We still have a bit left... These are some of the latest arrivals.
Making Memories Travel range.
Rusty Pickle Pop Star.....this range is a must have in your collection, if you liked colouring in as a child you will fall in love with range. It is just so cool you need to check it out. We also have in stock the water colour crayons too!! These ranges are perfect for boy and girl pages especially for boys around the age of 10 -12.

Classes using these layouts will be available next month.

Card Making Classes

Saturday 5 July from 10-12.30 We are doing the class called Butterfly bliss this class will be taught by Rhonda Kitson. This class is ideal if you are interested in starting cardmaking. You will be using Stampit's new Butterfly range of stamps. You will get 10% off all wood mounted stamps after this class. Techniques in this class will include distressing, heat embossing, inking, sponging and more. Bookings are essential.

Excess Luggage!!

Hi there everyone
With only 1 more sleep left in Brisbane....we decide to try and pack most of our luggage up tonight!! Goodness there is a fair bit we are going to be bringing back!! We have just checked with the airlines to see how much it's going to cost!!
Last night we went to Print Blocks 20th Birthday celebrations with all the teachers from overseas and shop owners from around the country.....We finished the night by scrapping til 1am!!! Which is what we did most nights, some sleep might be on order when we get home.
So to rap up in Brisbane we are finishing with Bumble Bee at 7am in the morning which is 5am WA time so we will be thinking of you all while you are sleeping!!! We have classes all day tomorrow which will be great. That will be a total of 21 projects at the fairs/classes and approx 25 hours of scrapping time....while we were in our hotel!! Now we have some fantastic stuff to show you and they will be in store on Thurs for you to check out. There is going to be so much on offer in the next coming months it will blow your mind!!
Looking forward to getting home and seeing the family aswell as getting back to the shop.

Well we are having a ball and it's only our second day. We were up at 4 am WA time to get to Print Blocks at 7 am to start our shopping!! OMG my bank balance needs to be bigger!! We have some awesome new products and classes on our way for you!! Today we did classes with teachers from Imaginise, Karen Foster, Making Memories and K and Co.... We did a total of 10 projects so it was a jam packed day!!

Tomorrow we are off to see our Gorgeous friend Joy from Bumble Bee crafts for a little more shopping then finishing our orders off at Print Blocks then we thought we might go check out some local scrap shops for something different!!! Saturday we have a day packed with classes at the convention....we are even looking at booking more classes for Sunday aswell!! We have seen some of the projects and we really want to do them aswell.....brain overload is really good.

HI Everyone

What a mission on budget airways!! It's been a very long day for us and it's only 3.30 in the afternoon....Plane, 3 trains and a couple of taxi's to get here.... yippee we are here though. We have already been to Kidston Craft and will be off to Print Blocks at 7am which is 5 am WA time in the morning OMG we are going to need an early night!!! So we have taken a few sleep deprived photos for you to have a giggle at!! I am on the new laptop and just lovin' it!!

So I am going off to have a little nanna nap Jenae is having a sleep and Peta is reading a book....and with no children or husband I am going to make the most of it and scrapping tonight....

OMG What can I say Mwah!! Thankyou so much Sheree for such a fantastic class!! Unfortunately :( with the shop so flat out I didn't get to do the class...... but I have my kit and will do it this week.....We all had a ball..... All a little tired from the night before when Sheree, Maria and Ash joined us from The Scrapboxx......to do a little scrapping....yes for some of that was little being the word not getting much done, talking heaps and laughing that much there is no way we will need to go to the Gym for an ab work out!! For those of you who didn't get there pages finished we will upload them tomorrow for you to see. This week we will also have the newsletter to check out to with a heap of new classes on offer!! There has been an extension on the challenge pack that was begged for..... we look after you girls so you have until the end of June. Good luck with those too!!!
So I will be off to Brisbane on Tue and the girls will be looking after the shop.....will blog while away to keep you up to date with all the latest and greatest from Print blocks 20th Birthday celebrations....classes ect.
Now in stock this week and is a must see.....The New Making Memories Noteworthy range.....it is so nice that the girls just need to touch the paper.... not much left I must say but will restock while we are in Brisbane!!

How nice is this going to be........ How lucky are you if you are going to be...... attending Sheree McGee's class this Sunday 25 May at The Scrappy Cow. If you are attending this class we will send out details of what you will need to bring.

Sneak Peak to Sheree's Class!!

We are so excited about having Sheree McGee teaching at The Scrappy Cow we can hardly wait!! So there is your sneak peak into the class the will be on Sunday 25th May from 1-4pm. Now there are only a few more spots left so if you want to book this class you need to be quick!! For this particular class you will need your basic tool kit, especially mat and craft knife. Kaiser Products- Some of there papers that arrived today almost didn't get on the shelves most of them were sold as I was unpacking the boxes....it was getting a little crazy!! We are home and on fire...INSPIRATION HEADQUARTERS!!

Now I know that I said I was going to blog while we were away but unfortunately we were to tired to go down stair and use the internet!!
Wow what an amazing trip!! We are so impressed with the SIA we will be going back next year. There were only about 3 stores from WA that didn't attend so it was fantastic to see the industry in WA got right behind it. We met some fantastic ladies from the WA stores, interstate we have built relationships that will go on for a long time in the industry. So thank you to all you brilliant women that we met it was great to put faces to names.

The classes we did were inspirational to do and we have a massive schedule for May and June we are so excited about it all we can't wait to share it all with you!!!

Just want to say a huge "Thank you" all the organizers, volunteers and wholesalers that made Sydney such a great success without you we couldn't have been inspired like we have!!!

Finally we have our "Thickers" back in stock!! These are a fantastic style of Alphabet which is already adhesive!! You have to just love them, use them or like some people store them(Lisa)...

mmmm Yummy New Cardstock!!!

Check this out!! We now are stocking the complete range of Colour Core Cardstock. This is the latest cardstock to hit the market and it is fab!! It's very similar to Bazzill yet it is slightly thinner which makes it ideal for die cut machines like the Cricut and Cuttlebug. There is also so many other features that this cardstock does!! It has a core in it so you can sand it, tear it, antique it and more. The Black magic is truely amazing, sand back the many different colours and it has a black under surface.......Even added bonus it's cheaper than Bazzill. So to see this product call in today for a demo. You will love it. We also have some fantastic bulk packs available in all the colours aswell.

Well now that I have woken up after our extremly inspirational night I will tell you all about it!!

Last night we had our monthly crop night and we had a ball!! Some of the work that was done was truely inspirational!! We done girls......lots of laughter, few drinks a pizza or two with a little cutting and sticking......for some of us..... little cutting and sticking(Lisa)!! What a fantastic packed night we had and getting home at 1.00am in the morning that's what I call a good scrap night. So if want to be part of the next one I would truely suggest you book now!! Saturday 30th March is going to now be Silly Saturday starting at 5pm till late!! Bookings are welcome it will cost you $10 per person for your seat which includes dinner, lollies and drinks!!

Laughter and being silly if free!! Inspiration is priceless........

The annual Scrapboxx retreat is on 14-16 March 2008 in Augusta, this is a highly recommended retreat. A must I say!! Yippee we have had so much arrive in the last 2 days and more to come in the next day or so too!!

Hope that you all had a fantastic Christmas and New Year!! Well we have been so swamped with people in the shop and school holiday classes that I haven't had a chance to update the blog........ So we have loads and LOADS of new stock which has arrived and will continue to arrive this week.

Wow Christmas came early for The Scrappy Cow today!!! WooHoo you should see what has hit the shelves...............mmm some very cool stuff!!

T'is the Season!!!

Hi there again, I hope you have all done the Christmas shopping!!LOL Don't forget The Scrappy Cow will be open during the busy Christmas period only closing Christmas and Boxing day. We have had some fantastic products arriving once again and we are very please to announce that we now stock the Cristina Re invitation line!! It is a stunning range which has all the trimmings for some very classic invitations for all occasions. During the New Year we will also be holding an introduction to invitation class which will teach you how to put your invitations together.

Other arrivals this week included the gorgeous Urban Lily range which includes the stamps, journals, card keepers and papers. Large scrap totes are also in store for that much needed Christmas gift. We also have just had another shipment of Paper Inkling rub-ons and there are some new ones in the range too!! On there way to us next week we have another massive supply of Scrap FX words!! Cuttlebugs, embossing plates and dies, Heaps and Heaps of new papers, The new Heidi Swapp products and much much more!!!

School Holiday Classes kick off this Friday so make sure you have your kids booked in.....have some stress free shopping time!! The new class timetable will be out early in the next week so you will have plenty of time to choose you January classes.

Classes coming up in January include Scrap Basics 1,2 & 3, Cardmaking using embossing, Amanda's fantastic Pirate Box, Canvas using the beautiful Making Memories Noteworthy range and more so keep checking the blog for those dates!!!

Sorry it has taken a while to get the blog update but I have had a week off and my wonderful staff ran the shop for me and all my Christmas shopping is done and I am all refreshed and ready for the next very busy few weeks..... Only 4 weeks on and we are so happy with trade we have decided to open 7 days a week!!! So we are now the ONLY store in the South West to be trading 7 days!!!!
Introducing Emma Bell who is our newest employee and our Monday girl, Emma has recently moved to Margaret River from Tasmania. Emma was so excited about her new job she rang her dad back home to tell him all about her NEW pink uniform. Emma is a nurse and loves to scrapbook in her spare time. Now she can support her addiction like our other staff by working at The Scrappy Cow.
Make sure you pop in and say "Hello" to her on Monday's.

The Scrappy Cow's doors opened for trade today!!! Thanks so much for all the fantastic support, phone calls, emails, text and flowers that we received today it was overwhelming..... Lilli was very excited this morning helping me take down the paper off all the windows for all to see inside. So if you are down in the Margaret River wine region this long weekend don't forget to pop in and say" Hello". The markets are on in The Town Square this weekend to which is an added bonus. We look forward to seeing you soon. Don't forget our school holiday classes are nearly booked out so make sure you get your spot.

Bangkok here we come!!

Well Hello Again,
I am at the airport in Stockholm, Sweden. So we are then heading to Copenhagen for a few hours then off to Bangkok for some well earned shopping time!!! Can't wait!! I managed to get a very cool dress, stockings and jacket on my journey yesterday.
We had an amazing time in Stockholm and it is one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
Last night we went to a theatre production which was fantastic!!! Can't wait to show you the photos. Today we took a tour throught The Vasa Museum. I must say I didn't find any scrap shops in Stockholm but I am sure there were some.
We are missing Lilli heaps and look forward to seeing her soon with the multitude of presents we are collecting along the way.

From Sweden!!!

Hi All
Well as we speak we are situated 200km from The North Pole!!! Pretty Cool Hey!! The weather has been nice so far on the trip. It took us 26 hours travelling time so I am still trying to catch up on the sleep.
Yes I did Scrap on the plane on the way over to kill some time. Make sure you drop in at the new shop and I will show you the plane creation using the fantastic MM Travel Range and a Maya Road chipboard book........amazing what you can do with limited product and no scissors. Just waiting to find a photo shop to print off the photos so I can complete on the journey home.
I have managed to find 2 scrap stores but not much to report. Scrapping is very new in Sweden and they are a little behind with the papers!!
So today we are off to the Cab Volvo factory then we are going to have some fun with the "Funny Car" program this arvo.
Hope you are all doing well, I am going to check my blog again in the next few days so feel free to leave messages I would love to hear from you.

Welcome everyone to another month with The Scrappy Cow.....We are now in the new shop!!! We won't be opening until the Friday 28 September long weekend....It has been a massive effort but we are so happy with the outcome. So make sure you call in and see us. Also we are OPEN SUNDAYS from 10.00-3.00pm!!! Yes that is correct....We will be the ONLY scrapbooking store open on Sunday in the South West. Added bonus the Town Square markets are also on very second Sunday too.

Official Grand Opening Party
Friday 5 October 5pm- till Late. Our shelves are busting with heaps of new products that you must see. This will be one party not to be missed, there has been some fantastic prizes given to us by our wholesalers so make sure your there on the night!! We will be doing in store demos of the Cricut and Cuttlebug, Kym from Basix will be there, Meet our talented Design Team and staff. Light refreshments and nibbles will be supplied. RSVP is preferable but not essential.
-Photo Machine Kiosk Congratulations to Liz Mills on winning the $400 digital photo frame!! If you wish to use the photo machine it is still in working order so please phone 040 777 0592 and we can arrange a time for you to do your photos. Don't forget print you photo's from .19cents a print.

Tuesday 9 August 10am/7pm - Basic Backgrounds- This class will teach you how to make your own backgrounds on your pages- using stamps, inks, stitching and more- Cost $15

Sunday 14 October 11am - Pirate Treasure Box- Designed and taught by Amanda McGregor. How cool is this box!! Pirates for Boys and Girls this box is a great way for your children to keep there favorite treasures in. Cost $40

Tuesday 16 October 11am -Basic Scrapbooking 1 -This is a beginners scrap class where you will learn about the scrap basics. You will learn about tools, journaling, matting photos and using a die cut machine. You will need 2 6x4 photos, the addiction begins here!! Wednesday 17 October 11am -Card Making for Beginners- This class will teach you how to make 2 basic card using Versa mark Ink and chalking techniques. Great way to start out. Cost $18. All tools supplied and receive 10% off your purchases after this class.

Our First Monthly Friday Fun Night 2 November - This is a great way to catch up on all your unfinished projects. We will have pizza for tea and light refreshments. Cost is $10 per person and you will receive 10% off all your purchases on the night. Booking is essential as spaces are limited
Basic tool kit trimmer, adhesives, scissors ect. is required for all classes except for the beginners scrap and card classes. Payment is due on booking classes are transferable but refunds will not be given.

This school holidays will be our first in the new shop so you will need to book early to secure your spots. Last school holidays were booked out book your spots today.

All Scrapbooking classes for this term will require 2 6x4 photos per project.
Children must be between 7-15 unless accompanied by an adult. Payment is required upon booking. If the child is sick we can transfer to another day suitable.
These are all new and original projects produced by staff from The Scrappy Cow.

Just a little insight into the "NEW SHOP" It's looking awsome just a little more sign writing and we are completely finished!!!

Hi Everyone,
Well with only a little over a week of trade until we close:( you need to get in an stock up on all you supplies!!! We would like to introduce our latest Design Team Member Simone Thompson.

Simone is a local Cowaramup girl married to Robbie with two children Monique and Jye. Simone has been cardmaking for 5 years now and has just been converted to "SCRAPBOOKING"..... She started out by doing the occasional layout to put in a frame but now running out of wall space and had to relent to buying an album. In fact only purchased an album last night!!!! Simone has a natural flair for cardmaking and scrapbooking, she specializes in making her own background papers by incorporating heaps of sewing, lace, buttons, flourishes and more. Self confessed nut, what you see is what you get type of girl!!! You will really enjoy Simone's enthusiasm..... She is a bit nervous about teaching class but is looking forward to the challenge the design team will give her.

We look forward to keeping you up to date with all of our "Design Team" and the projects they are working on.

Recipe Book- This class is ideal for all those hand written recipes that you might have, we will create a 12x12 album for all those special recipes. Using some great techniques inking, machine sewing, painting and much more. Great for a present or just for yourself. This will run over 2 classes. Cost $55
Tue 21 August 10am/ 7pm Basic Scrapbooking part 1
